Firstly, as a technical lead, I get the chance to support my team members in reaching their goals. I make it a point to understand what each person on my team strives for and how I can help them achieve it through our project work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember61\">The company is supportive, whether it&#8217;s work-life balance<strong>,<\/strong> professional shift, or something personal. Plus, there&#8217;s a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tntra.io\/culture\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">strong culture<\/a> of knowledge-sharing among the team members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember62\">In terms of skills, my role here has helped me grow my technical abilities.
