It is a method for updating the booking entry for the accommodation listing and reservation system.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The method\/system uses a model that determines the probability that the accommodation listing will be booked. It is a predictive analytics model that shows the highest probability of an accommodation being booked by the user.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The software also has a unique patent for determining the trustworthiness and compatibility of a person. The method\/system goes through the person\u2019s documents, derives personality traits, and analyzes the information to assess a person\u2019s behavior. Then, it assigns a trustworthiness and compatibility score based on a scoring system.
