Job Description

We are looking for someone who can automate the manual tasks of code deployment and data to execute continuous deployment and continuous integration. You would work on projects in domains including FinTech, Healthcare, E-commerce, Insurance, Hospitality, Travel, Real Estate and Marketing. You would work with a team led by technology experts with over 15 years of experience. You would be a part of a team which believes in teaching and learning.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Implement integrations requested by customers
2. Deploy updates and fixes
3. Hands on experience with AWS, containers
4. Experience with CI/CD pipelines
5. Provide Level 2 technical support
6. Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
7. Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
8. Perform root cause analysis for production errors
9. Investigate and resolve technical issues
10. Develop scripts to automate visualization
11. Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
12. Team management, mentoring and problem solving

Required Skills

1. Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
2. Good knowledge of Ruby or Python
3. Working knowledge of databases and SQL
4. Problem-solving attitude
5. Team spirit
6. BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
