We are looking for someone with a passion for understanding humans and recruiting the best candidates for any job. You would work to build a team of engineers, leaders, and experts. You would interact with the HR, administration, and team leads to understand the requirements for corporate recruiting in several projects. You would work with a team of experts with 5+ years of experience. You would be a part of a team which believes in teaching and learning.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Write and post technical job descriptions
  2. Find potential candidates from niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github
  3. Interview potential candidates using various methods
  4. Coordinate with IT department leads to forecast hiring needs
  5. Participate in technical conferences to network with IT professionals

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Minimum 1-year experience in technical recruitment
  2. Well-versed with the usage of job portals such as LinkedIn
  3. Should be comfortable with vendor management
  4. Good communication skills

Required Skills

  1. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  2. Experience with different interview formats
  3. Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
